What we collect
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Card details are handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
We use personal information to process and deliver your order, to provide customer service and warranty support, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and — where you have opted in — to send marketing. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
Disclosure
We disclose personal information only as needed to run the business: to freight carriers to deliver your order, to our payment provider to process payment, to manufacturers where a warranty claim requires it, and to service providers who host or support this website. We do not sell personal information. Some service providers may store data outside Australia, and we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. Email info@myebikeqld.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you may complain to us in the first instance, and then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
